- We receive notification via our monitoring sotfware.
- This allows us to see problems before or as soon as they occur.
- As soon we receive a notification that there is a problem, we work to diagnose and resolve the issue (all without you having to call us)
- The issue will be resolved behind the scenes. If that is not possible, we will contact you to set up a onsite visit.
